We offer a Spring/Summer Plan, a Summer Plan and a Fall Plan all at competitive price points – all you have to do is choose the plan that’s right for you, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our 2023 rates and dates can be found below for our Lake Rosseau pre-paid services.
Spring/Summer Plan
Victoria Day to Labour Day
May 22nd – September 4th, 2023

Non-refundable rate: $1,750. + H.S.T.
Summer Plan
Last week of June to Labour day
June 26th – September 4th, 2023
Pickup Day: *Mondays*
Non-refundable rate: $1,225. + H.S.T.
Fall Plan
2nd week of September – Thanksgiving.
September 11th – October 9th, 2023
Pickup Day: *Mondays*
Non-refundable rate: $750. + HST.
Statutory holidays which affect our schedule are Victoria Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day and Thanksgiving Day.
Pick-ups that correspond with these dates will be rescheduled for the subsequent Tuesday:
Victoria Day – Tuesday May 23, 2023
Civic Holiday – Tuesday August 8, 2023
Labour Day – Tuesday September 5, 2023
Thanksgiving Day – Tuesday October 10, 2023
Each pick-up is limited to 2 bags of household garbage and an unlimited amount of bagged and properly sorted recycling. Extra garbage bags, in excess of your allowance, will be collected for an additional cost of $15.00 per bag plus H.S.T. In addition, any non-bagged garbage, recycling or ripped and torn bags will be subject to a $30.00 fee plus H.S.T.. These additional costs will be invoiced weekly.
Please have your garbage and recycling out by no later than 7:00 am on pick-up day, an in the location you specified when you requested the service.
Due to both capacity restraints and limitations set by the district of Muskoka, George Martin & Sons will be unable to pick-up any items other than bagged household garbage and recycling. Items such as broken chairs, umbrellas, lamps etc. can be hauled away on one of our large item pick-up days or you can arrange a separate day by contacting the office at 705-765-5006 or info@georgemartinandsons.ca. We are not insured to transport toxic or hazardous waste and/or propane tanks.

1. Please tie up all garbage bags.
2. Place garbage bags in a secure bin or container to detract animals from ripping bags apart.
3. Please bag all recycling – DO NOT leave loose in blue box.
